HOW MUCH DOES HOME AT Paradise Tiny Home Community COST?

A few important factors, including floor plan, preferred interior finishes all affect the final cost of your home. Pricing will range from approximately $50,000 to $150,000. Please contact the Sales Office to discuss your options and current pricing.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY HOME?

All homes are pre-ordered from a factory based on our custom designs for the Paradise Tiny Home Community. Homes are made with standard designs to maintain costs. Unfortunately, we’re limited to customizations. Please contact us to discuss your specific interests to better assess what is possible.

HOW LARGE ARE THE HOMES?

The homes sizes will be under 400 SF.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes! We love 4-legged friends! There are some limitations, so please speak the Park Manager to learn more. Park Manager Phone number (760) 990-7024

CAN I RENT OUT MY HOME?

We are hoping that homeowners will be able to rent out their homes and are working out the details with the park management. Contact them for details.

HOW MANY HOMES ARE IN THE COMMUNITY?

There are 90 spaces in the park. Based on interest levels, the park owners are planning on bringing in approximately 90 new homes to fill the currently vacant spaces in the park.

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY SPACE RENT AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

There is no HOA fee; there is a monthly "Space Rent" which is estimated to start from $795 to $895/month plus utilities.

IS FINANCING AVAILABLE?

Maybe. Please CLICK HERE for a list of lender options to verify if you qualify. Note that the interest rates for financing these homes tends to be higher than traditional mortgages, and the length of the loan may be shorter. Check with your lender for details. The seller does not offer financing.

CAN THE HOME BE MOVED?

Yes. Most homes are designed so if at some point someone wanted to move it to a new location, they could.  However, we recommend you research what the cost and feasibility would be to relocate a home.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN LOT?

Homes are only available on the specific lots where they are placed. Space rent will vary depending on the lot  Please contact the Sales Office for current availability.

ARE THERE OLDER HOMES IN THE PARK?

No.  The park will be devoted to Tiny Homes. Temporarily, there may be some RV space rentals offered until the park is filled with Tiny Homes.

IS THIS ON INDIAN LAND?

No, it is privately owned land owned by the developer. Homeowners will pay space rent but own their own homes.

IS THIS AN AGE RESTRICTED PARK?

No.  You do not have to be over 55 to live in this park.

WHAT ABOUT VACATION RENTALS?

We think so, however, we are currently working on our short-term rental program and details will be announced soon.

DO I HAVE TO QUALIFY TO LIVE IN THE PARK?

Yes.  All residents are subject to park rules and approval.  Applications must be approved prior to the sale of any homes.  Please check with the main office at The Paradise Tiny Home Community for an application.

WHO IS THE MANUFACTURER OF THE HOMES?

There will be multiple home manufacturers for this park. Our first home for sale is built by Silvercrest.
 

DO HOUSES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes.  Each manufacturer offers a limited warranty.  See salesperson for more details.

IS AIR CONDITIONING INCLUDED?  

Yes. Each home has mini-split air-conditioning units.

We recommend buyer confirm & review the specifications provided by the builder prior to purchase.  Specifications are subject to change.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN TINY HOME?
