It features a 28-gauge metal roof and siding, paired with solid framing including 2×6 roof rafters and floor joists and 2×4 wall studs. The entire structure is wrapped and sealed with closed-cell spray foam insulation (R19) in the floors, walls, and ceiling—delivering excellent energy efficiency and comfort year-round.
High-quality Anderson 100 Series double-pane windows provide natural light while maintaining insulation, and the full-glass entry door with matte black hardware adds a clean, modern exterior finish.
